Here's the other painting, inspired by the first card we got from family members after the news was out that we were pregnant.

Here's one of a set of paintings that I did for the baby's room. Actually it was a collaboration between Micah and me. I sketched the green camp chair (made dear to our hearts because of Camp Christian) and Micah nabbed my sketchbook and drew our bunny Frodo laying on it. We liked the design so I made it into a painting. I'll have to post the other painting too, though it's not quite as original as this one.

Micah's 30th Birthday Dinner

Micah was joined by some family, friends, and colleagues for his birthday celebration! We retired to our place after eating great Cactus Pear Tex-Mex for some Bonbonerie opera cream torte (yum!), New Orleans beer (ABITA), and wii playing!
